About Our Products

Due to the nature of handmade work, each product is different from our samples. We sometimes make minor changes in the arrangement of jewelrys without prior notice.
Most of our work can be customised with different earrings parts, metal colours and materials. Bespoke service is also available for alterations in the design.

Our products are handcrafted in our home atelier in Ontario, Canada using well-selected materials imported from Japan, South Korea, Italy, etc.

We try to indicate as detailed as possible on each product page for the materials that we use. Most of our brass parts are sourced from Japan. Other places of origin of the parts we are using include the US, Taiwan, Italy, etc.

Freshwater pearls and mother-of-pearls are commonly used in our products. If “freshwater pearl” is indicated in a product page, they are natural pearls and differ from one another in terms of colour, size, shape and texture.
Crystal pearls, cotton pearls and synthetic pearls are faux pearls but we also love them for their perfectly round shapes. We are able to change to the use of freshwater pearls upon request for some of our designs.

We use authentic Austrian / Swarovski crystals as indicated on our respective product pages. We also use other glass beads such as Japanese Miyuki glass beads and Czech glass beads which are also specified on product pages.

Most of the earrings parts that we use are gold-plated brass, titanium or 925 sterling silver. Since allergic reactions are caused differently in individuals, we cannot guarantee our products will not cause any allergy to you.
However, it is worth noting that titanium and sterling silver are safe for most people. In cases in which you are certain that neither titanium or sterling silver would work, we offer the option of Japanese resin (or plastic) earrings parts for some designs. Please let us know if you prefer resin earrings parts.

Our products come in a nice little boxed package with adequate cushioning to protect your accessories. Unless otherwise specified, all of our headpieces come gift-boxed and most of our earrings come with a dust bag with our logo.
If you need an extra gift box or dust bag, please let us know in advance. We might be able to put an extra one for you if you shop multiple items or you could pay to small amount to purchase extra ones.
Making Orders

Items in our Bridal Collection are made-to-order unless otherwise stated. The production time varies but for most products we are able to ship them in one to two weeks (shipping time excluded). Please check with us for the estimated shipping date if you are in a hurry.

As stated above, the production time for the items in our Bridal Collection while for most products we are able to ship them in one to two weeks (shipping time excluded).
For items in our Sample Sale and Everyday Wear, we are able to ship them in 1 to 3 business days.
However, if you purchase both our Bridal Collection and ready-to-ship items, we will only ship your order once all the items are complete. If you wish for us to ship separately, please make separate orders.
Please note that the above only describes the production time we need for processing your order. Shipping time depends on the shipping option you chose and we have no control over any shipping delay.

Contact us before you make an urgent order. We will see if we have all the parts we need for completing your order. Please note that an urgent charge ranging from 10% to 25% may also apply.

Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Make sure you let us know if you need any customisation before / when you make your order. Changes of orders after order confirmation will not be entertained.
Under rare circumstances that your order could still be changed, the shipping date will be postponed accordingly.

We accept payment through PayPal, which supports most major international cards, like Visa and MasterCard. Depending on your country, you may also be able to use other payment methods with PayPal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to process a payment.
All prices are in CAD, Canadian dollars.

Handmade accessories are delicate and we sincerely ask you to handle them with extreme care to keep them in their best condition for your big day.
All of our products consist of metallic parts and are subject to unavoidable oxidisation over time. Make sure you store them away from sunlight and water. Do not leave them exposed to open air. Avoid chemicals like perfume, hairspray and sunscreen.
For wired accessories, you may restore their shape by gently adjusting the wire parts. However, avoid twisting as that might cause the wire to break.
Kindly contact us if your accessories suffer from any kind of damages before your big day. We will try to find the best solution for you.

The tracking number of your parcel is sent to your email address once your order is shipped. Look into your spam folder too. If you cannot find your tracking number, we are happy to send it to you again upon request.
Please note that we have no control over shipping and thus hold no responsibility for any shipping delay. You should contact the courier directly to check for the status of your parcel.

Please contact us once you noticed any wrong / missing / faulty items in your parcel. We allow 24 hours upon receipt of order for you to report any errors.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for any damaged items due to shipping or careless handling.

Although we do pack our products carefully in mail boxes, sometimes some squashing and crushing may be hard to avoid during the shipping process. Since 925 sterling silver earrings posts are soft and bendable, it is quite hard to make sure they stay upright while travelling to you. But do not worry, the silver earrings posts can be restored gently with your hands.

We only offer follow-up for any faulty orders reported within 24 hours upon receipt of order.
However, we understand that handmade items can be more fragile than you think and that accidents happen. We are happy to come up with a solution with you if your accessories are damaged due to whatever reasons, e.g. replace your damaged left earring with a new one or fix the broken parts together back for you at a reasonable price. Though in these circumstances, buyers will have to be responsible for any shipping costs involved.
