FREE SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $150 CAD. This applies to items from our Bridal Collection, Everyday Wear Collection, Sample Sale, and the For Bridesmaids’ Store. If you are choosing something for your wedding, you can easily add an item for your bridesmaids or a sample headpiece to reach the threshold and enjoy free shipping!

Standard shipping is determined by us, typically via Canada Post, which partners with your local post office and takes approximately two to three weeks for most destinations.

Upgraded shipping options (UPS & DHL) are available at checkout for faster delivery. Occasionally, we offer discounted upgrades for orders over $150 CAD. Message us to inquire if this is available for your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped from our studio in London, Ontario, with a tracking number. Shipping options, delivery times, and costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Please note that the estimated delivery time shown at checkout refers to business days and does not include production time. Most items in our bridal collection are handcrafted with a standard production time of one week unless stated otherwise on the product page. We are not responsible for any shipping delays, such as those caused by customs clearance.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or duties in their country. All orders are declared as a sale with the purchased value.
